Today we are trying a strain that I have never tried before. For this review we are trying something from Papers Craft Co. The strain that we are trying from them today is their Animal Face Cookies.

When I saw this I knew that I had to try it for sure. If my research is correct this batch of Animal Face Cookies was grown for Carmel who are located in Ontario, Canada. I can’t seem to find anything on Papers Craft Co. so please forgive me for not being able find any info.

Animal Face Cookies also known as Animal Face/Animal Face #10 I believe. This strain was bred in California by Seed Junky Genetics who are well known in the cannabis industry.

Animal Face Cookies is a rare sativa-dominate hybrid strain from crossing Face Off OG and Animal Mints together. This strain is known for being very potent and having a very flavourful profile while smoking.

This batch of Animal Face Cookies is 29.3% THC, less than 1% CBD and 3.55% terpenes. The terpene profiles that can be found in this strain are Caryophyllene, Farnesene, Limonene and Myrcene.

The package the HQ (Half Quarter/3.5 grams) came in was easy to open and close. When I opened the package there was just one big bud waiting inside for me.

The aroma from this flower was very pleasant which I thought was very floral, a bit of gas and a sweet fruit smell. Something I wouldn’t complain about if I smelled all day.

The bud was hard to get out of first as it was stuck to the bag because of the trichomes.

The buds were hard as a rock and were light green with orange hairs. The buds were also covered in trichomes which gave it the little twinkle. Breaking up and rolling these buds took no time and wasn’t an issue. Now I was ready to smoke and try this strain out.

The blunt was slow burning and had a great flavour profile while smoking the whole time. There was a nice white ash and was smooth for the most part but each puff did some with a kick.

I did find myself feeling the high while smoking. The high was pretty strong where I could feel it but was also still able to take a few calls and chat with people.

I did find this strain did get me a lot higher than most sativa strains I have smoked in the past. I also didn’t feel paranoid or have any anxiety at all. The high did last for a while after smoking and would for sure be a great weed to smoke during the day or afternoon.

My overall view on the Animal Face Cookies by Papers Craft Co. is that they did a really great job on this sativa strain.

I would for sure smoke this again if I had the chance as I did enjoy it and actually got high from it. I think people with lower and higher tolerances would enjoy this strain during the day as it is more of an active high.

If you do tend to feel anxious when smoking sativa strains you might want to see how this strain will work for you in small doses. So just be mindful of that if that applies to you.

Don’t forget to hit me up on IG @torontowill.mrc and let me know what you think of Animal Face Cookies or other products from Papers Craft Co.

Thanks again for reading the reviews and as always no matter where you are be safe, stay positive and enjoy what you are smoking!
