Datkid x Turan Khan x Sadomas – “Kustoms” [The Red Album] Prod. DJ Propo (Video)

This is the first single from the Sektion Red album and consists of 10 tracks incorporating 15 countries (Bulgaria, Canary Islands, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, The Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Serbia, Spain & UK) a music video has been filmed for each of the tracks and will be released over the coming months. The first of which was released 11-12-18.

This first tune gives me a sense of nostalgia, you could break your neck while rocking out to this banger. Dope drum track and ill lyric play reminds me of the mid 90’s the backpack rap era where rhyming skills had to be on point. The song overall is a dope underground boombap joint.

One of the strongest elements is the fact that there are multiple languages present which brings it to another level. Additionally, the city shots and the random realistic cameo’s through the whole video is very much so appreciated. The production cost may have not been very high but the visual is great and gives it that authentic grimey feel. The fusion of cultures and styles within this track is refreshing..
