For this review we are going to be trying and reviewing some flower from a new place that I haven’t tried anything from yet.

The place that we are going to be trying some new flower from today is High Street.

High Street is only located in Ontario, British Columbia and Saskatchewan so far with more provinces coming soon. The strain that we are trying and reviewing from High Street for this review is their Korean BBQ flower.

I haven’t tried this strain before but it does sound really good so I thought that I would give it a try. This strain Korean BBQ from High Street is a special release coming from SpaceSherpa.

Korean BBQ is an indica-dominate hybrid strain from crossing the strains Cactus Breath and Garlic Sherb together. This batch of Korean BBQ flower is 31.7% THC, less than 1% CBD and 1.97% Terpenes.

The terpene profiles found in this strain are Myrcene (0.68%), Limonene (0.33%) and Caryophyllene (0.32%) So far this strain is sounding pretty good so I look forward to rolling some up and having a session.

The Quarter (7 grams) of flower came in an easy to open and close mylar bag which most places are using at this point.

The aroma from the flower was very nice as it was a bit sweet, savoury with a bit of gassiness to it. The buds were pretty dense, looked really nice and did sparkle in the light from all the trichomes.

It was easy to break up in a grinder and roll into a blunt. Now I was ready to head outside for a bit and see what the strain Korean BBQ can really do.

It was a little bit chilly but I was still able to enjoy the blunt. While smoking it was pretty smooth as I didn’t really cough that much.

This strain did have a nice flavour profile on the exhale but I found it didn’t have that extra kick while smoking. The blunt did burn nicely and burned for around 25 to 30 minutes which is always nice.

I did find it was a bit of a creeper high as I started to feel the high more once I came inside to finish writing this review.

Once I did feel the high it was good and I could tell that I had just smoked recently. This was for sure a great indica strain as it was strong but not overpowering at all.

My overall view of the Korean BBQ by High Street is they did a great job with this one as I did find that high enjoyable and it was a great indica hybrid strain.

It was for sure an indica high as it did feel heavy but it wasn’t overwhelming or too heavy. I feel that this strain would be better to smoke during the evening since the high would be a bit too heavy to start your day off with I feel.

I was glad I got to try this strain as I feel it would be great for winding down after a long day as I did feel pretty laid back and got an appetite after smoking.

I feel that this is worth getting as it is good and it was just under $50 CAD before taxes for the 7 grams which is pretty good for the legal market.

Make sure to check out High Street and their line up as I know I will like to try more from them in the future after this Korean BBQ.
