San Francisco’s own PAAVO, formerly known as Breakadawn Juan returns, shedding old expectations and adopting a fresh mindset, the Bay Area emcee, beat loop programmer, and podcast co-host of The Beat Exchange is exploring hip-hop through unfiltered bars.
His latest drop alongside Chef Mike, “Leap Of Faith”, is a reflection type track, driven by a smoke-out menacing beat. This release cuts through the noise with razor-sharp lyricism.
PAAVO delivers a hard view point with attitude: “I can’t speak for tomorrow, but you safe today.” He’s all about killing mics, old mind sets and weak raps, trading wackness for hard bars dropping straight to your dome, the type purists crave.
Whether you’ve been locked into his catalog through projects like “Cycles Of Decay” and “Turmoil” or are just tuning into the new era under the PAAVO moniker, this track proves his pen and production are sharper than ever.
