Sympl – “One Way Out” New Music Video

For over 20 years, sympL has established himself as an MC, promoter, and tour manager. For years, he worked both in underground hip hop and in edm – juggling heavy touring schedules for years before taking time off to focus on crafting his own beats.

His sound is a combination of 2 worlds. He’s taken the foundations of boombap hip hop and added the growl of bass music. As a live performer, he’d always incorporated both genres – but shortly before lockdowns and quarantines began, he’d taken time to focus and develop his own signature sound.

“One Way Out” was filmed in pre-pandemic Brooklyn NY on his last outing as a tour manager against the backdrop of the Bushwick Art Collective. The video was filmed, directed, and edited by LVA ( www.laurathegreen.art , www.theidieside.com) & is the 3rd video from his self-produced debut “Rogue Vessel” released digitally in 2020.
